The Route
How Enrollment Works
Submit an Application
Complete enrollment forms, immunization records, emergency contacts, medical and developmental information, and required licensing forms.
Enrollment Review
Our administration confirms program fit and space availability in the right age group.
Registration & Orientation
Complete your enrollment packet, pay registration fees, get set up on Brightwheel, and attend a family orientation before your child's first day.
Priority Enrollment List
When a classroom is full, families can join our Priority Enrollment List and will be contacted as openings become available. Placement depends on your child's age, your schedule needs, and classroom capacity.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition varies by program and schedule. Contact us or schedule a tour for current rates.
Registration fee
$150 per household, annually
Enrollment deposit
Nonrefundable, equal to two weeks of tuition
Payments
Weekly, in advance, through Brightwheel (no personal checks)
Trial period
Every enrollment begins with a two-week trial period from your child's first day. Tuition is nonrefundable during the trial, and either party may end care with one business day's written notice through Brightwheel.
Subsidized care
We accept CCRC, DCFS, CCCC, and Crystal Stairs. Ask us how to apply your subsidy during enrollment.
